If your client has been charged, is under investigation or facing regulatory issues defence lawyer Damien R. Frost and his associates can provide your client with knowledgeable advice and skilled defence representation. When you refer a client to the firm, you can be assured that you will be kept abreast of the developments in your client’s case and that they will work diligently to defend your client from being convicted of any and all charges.

Mr. Frost has more than 30 years of experience as a prosecutor and white collar crimes defence lawyer in the Greater Toronto Area. He and his associates have considerable experience in representing clients before the Ontario Court of Appeal. The vast majority of these matters are referrals from out-of-town counsel.

Acting on a Strict Counsel Basis

Referrals from and consultations with other lawyers are an important part of our appellate practice. When lawyers refer cases or seek advice, Mr. Frost and his associates operate on a strict counsel basis. Additional work will not be taken on for a referred client unless requested to do so by the referring lawyer.

Working Co-operatively and Openly

It is the firm’s practice to keep referring lawyers apprised of the progress and status of their clients’ cases. The importance of conducting work in a manner that does not defeat a client’s related commercial, civil, immigration or family law interests is recognized and respected. This co-operative approach is the key to protecting the client’s full panoply of concerns.
