Investigations by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario may investigate you if you have been the subject of a complaint, but can also do so if they have received any report about your practice.

The Discipline Committee of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
If you receive a Notice of Hearing from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, your matter has been referred to the Discipline Committee. You have a right to a hearing at the Discipline Committee which is similar to a trial.
The Discipline Committee has the power to order you to pay money, suspend or revoke your certificate of registration, or place terms and conditions on your certificate of registration. Any outcome at the Discipline Committee is made public.
