ONTARIO DRUG BENEFITS (ODB) FRAUD LAWYERS

The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care investigates pharmacists and pharmacy owners for ODB fraud. If the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care determines that ODB fraud has occurred, they will issue a Notice of Intention to Terminate your Health Network System Agreement, which means that your pharmacy will no longer be able to bill the ODB, effectively ending that pharmacy’s business.

The Ministry of Health and Long Term care may also refer the matter to police for provincial or criminal charges and may also make a complaint or report to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
